Candidate Assessment

  • In-depth interview process with candidates prior to presentation to the client company.
  • This process may include multiple phone calls and/or in-person or video meetings to qualify the candidates' experience and specific career aspirations, to determine overall match.

Introduction

  • Once candidates are selected, we will provide the hiring team with a detailed package for their consideration.
  • From interview scheduling to offer acceptance, we handle all communication seamlessly, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
